WORKSHOPS & TRAINING We feel that it is important to help our clients develop their marketing skills so that they can bring continuity to the marketing process. We will help your staff, partners and providers to learn the basics of marketing communications - such as how to produce a leaflet or advert and how market their setting or organisation through good communications and customer service. Internal marketing and training is key to getting your customer service right and to ensuring that your business associates know what is happening and what you are trying to achieve - and the part they can play in doing so! Usually for non-marketers in providers, settings and other partner organisations who want to develop basic skills in advertising, leaflet production, public relations and customer service to be able to market their individual organisations. - Branding. A more detailed workshop for senior team members and partners who might be custodians of your main products and services and need to know more about managing brands.
